License Grant
HYRMedia, LLC grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use What's The Hundo? on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to this End User License Agreement and Apple's applicable App Store terms.
This license is for personal, non-commercial use of the Application. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Application except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Public Raid Data
The Application displays Pokemon GO raid boss and hundo CP information from public data sources and local calculations. Raid rotations, event details, and game data can change without notice. HYRMedia, LLC does not guarantee that information shown in the Application will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Unofficial Companion App
What's The Hundo? is an unofficial, fan-made companion app and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Niantic, The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, or Game Freak. Pokemon and all related names and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
Updates and Availability
HYRMedia, LLC may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part of it at any time. Some features require internet access. You are responsible for any carrier, data, or roaming charges that may apply.
Subscription
The Application offers an optional auto-renewing yearly subscription for Home Screen widgets and Raid Window Live Activities. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and Apple charges your account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the Application does not cancel an active subscription. Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's applicable App Store terms.
Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by the What's The Hundo? Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYRMedia, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated by you or HYRMedia, LLC. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application.
Changes to This Agreement
HYRMedia, LLC may update this End User License Agreement by posting a revised version on this page.
This End User License Agreement is effective as of July 25, 2026.
